This page explains how to permanently delete your Universal Calendar account and all associated data.

Delete from Within the App

1. Mở Universal Calendar và vào tab Cài đặt.
2. Cuộn xuống mục Tài khoản.
3. Chạm Xoá tài khoản.
4. Trong hộp thoại xác nhận, chọn có xoá luôn dữ liệu trên thiết bị hay không, rồi chạm Xoá.

1. Open Universal Calendar and go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll down to the Account section.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. In the confirmation dialog, choose whether to also erase the data on your device, then tap Delete.

Những gì bị xoá

What Gets Deleted

• Tài khoản của bạn và hồ sơ liên quan (email, tên, mã định danh người dùng).
• Toàn bộ sự kiện đã đồng bộ lên máy chủ của chúng tôi.
• Thông tin đăng ký lịch — mọi lịch đã đăng ký trong Apple Calendar hoặc Google Calendar sẽ ngừng cập nhật.
• Liên kết Đăng nhập bằng Apple bị thu hồi, nên ứng dụng không còn xuất hiện trong danh sách Đăng nhập bằng Apple của tài khoản Apple ID.

• Your account and its profile data (email, name, user identifier).
• All events synced to our servers.
• Your calendar subscription credentials — any calendar you subscribed to in Apple Calendar or Google Calendar stops updating.
• The Sign in with Apple link is revoked, so the app no longer appears under your Apple ID's Sign in with Apple list.

Data on Your Device

Hộp thoại xác nhận có ô "Xoá luôn dữ liệu trên thiết bị này", mặc định không được chọn. Nếu bạn để trống, các sự kiện đã lưu trên máy vẫn được giữ nguyên và tiếp tục dùng được bình thường mà không cần tài khoản. Nếu bạn tích vào, mọi sự kiện, nhắc nhở và ảnh đính kèm trên thiết bị cũng bị xoá.

The confirmation dialog includes an "Also delete data on this device" checkbox, which is unchecked by default. If you leave it unchecked, the events stored on your device are kept and remain fully usable without an account. If you check it, all events, reminders, and attached photos on the device are erased as well.

Deletion Is Permanent

Sau khi xoá, dữ liệu trên máy chủ không thể khôi phục. Bạn vẫn có thể đăng nhập lại bất cứ lúc nào, nhưng đó sẽ là một tài khoản mới hoàn toàn trống.

Once deleted, your server-side data cannot be recovered. You can sign in again at any time, but it will be a new and entirely empty account.

Nếu bạn đã gỡ Ứng dụng và không thể dùng cách trên, hãy gửi email tới support@craftzlife.com từ chính địa chỉ email gắn với tài khoản. Chúng tôi sẽ xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày.

If you have already removed the App and cannot use the steps above, email support@craftzlife.com from the address associated with your account. We will process the request within 30 days.
